Dr. Parrish earned an M.B.A. from Bellarmine University, an M.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a doctorate in Economics from Auburn University.  He also spent a year in Paris, studying international trade law and EU law. He brings a significant amount of private-sector experience in management, litigation evaluation, and business development to the Center.  His research interests include Energy, Environmental, Health, Economic Development and Agriculture.  He has an extensive background in economic simulation modeling, econometrics and decision theory.
