Stephen Muscarella
Stephen Muscarella is an MS student in Applied Economics at Florida State University. He originally is from Boston, but came south to play golf for Eckerd College, where he graduated cum laude with a BA in Economics and a minor in Spanish. Economics has proven an excellent framework for Stephen to analyze behavioral and psychological issues in everyday life and in sports. In addition, working as a commercial fisherman in Kodiak, Alaska, in summer 2007 after receiving his BA ignited his interest in environmental (marine) and energy-related matters. Stephen will be drawing from his eclectic experiences, economic theory, and familiarity with SAS, SPSS, and STATA to work on energy-related issues in Florida and other economic research projects.
